IRS Notice · CP504

Every notice comes down to two things: a deadline and your options.

Here is what happens when you send yours over:

1
I read it the same day and tell you exactly what it means
2
You get the real deadline and your actual options
3
If you want help, you get one flat fee before you decide

How it works

Three steps. No pressure at any of them.

The sooner you know exactly where you stand, the more options you have. Waiting is the only move that never helps.

1

Send the letter

Text a photo to (772) 475-0256 or book a free call. Either way it costs you nothing and commits you to nothing.

2

Get the straight answer

I tell you what the notice actually says, the deadline that matters, and the options the IRS gives someone in your position.

3

Decide with the number in hand

If you want it handled, you get a flat fee up front, and the person quoting it is the person doing the work.

Why this reads different from the ads

You have probably seen the commercials.

"Settle for pennies on the dollar. Call in the next ten minutes." Here is the difference between that industry and this office.

The big tax relief firms

  • A commissioned salesperson answers the phone
  • Your case is worked by someone you never meet
  • Fees appear after the cheap "investigation"
  • Weeks of silence once payment clears

This office

  • Your case is worked start to finish by the licensed Enrolled Agent
  • Every fee is flat and posted before you commit
  • You hear from me every two weeks even when the news is "no news yet"
  • Local to the Treasure Coast, licensed for all fifty states
Pricing

What it costs, before you decide anything.

Flat fees, in the open. You will never get a surprise invoice from me, because the number comes first.

About

Who you are actually hiring.

I am Tevin Mitchell, an Enrolled Agent in Port St. Lucie serving the Treasure Coast and clients across the country. Most of my work is helping people who owe the IRS money, have not filed in a while, or opened a letter they did not fully understand.

My job is to find out exactly where you stand and tell you the truth about it, and then handle it while keeping you informed the whole way through.

When your case is being worked, it is me working it. Your questions come to me directly, not to a support queue. That is the whole point of a practice this size.

"Because peace of mind is priceless, and that is what we deliver."

Client experiences

The reviews section earns itself.

Real reviews from real clients will appear here as they come in on Google. No purchased testimonials, no stock-photo "clients," nothing written by a marketing department. If it is on this page, a real person wrote it.
